Build on a GWR Homesite

GWR Builders carries an inventory of homesites that may fit your needs.  We look for and acquire properties in the most desirable areas.  The properties may be individual homesites, or may be a small enclave of homesites. On these homesites, we can work with you in several ways:

1. Choose your GWR homesite and work with our architect(s) to design your new home. We can browse existing house plans or start from scratch. After your new construction documents are completed, we will provide a cost for the project.

2. Choose your GWR homesite and we will work with you to build a home that you have already designed. Bring the construction documents your architect has prepared, and we will provide a cost to build the home on a GWR homesite.

In either case, we can provide all the necessary expertise and support needed to build your new home.  We are experts at navigating sometimes difficult paths that may arise…taking the dream of your new home and turning it to reality.

*GWR homesites normally entail that the home be built by GWR Builders. 

Build on Your Homesite

Perhaps you already have a homesite or have one in mind.  We can take you through the process of conceiving, designing, and building your custom home.  Our relationships with award winning residential architects gives you choices as to who will best bring your dream to life.  Once it is put to paper, GWR Builders will take it from there and make it a reality.  We feature Design/Build Services that will take you from the start through to the finish of your new home project.

Design/Build and Construction Management

We can work with you on both the design and construction of your project (Design/Build), or just the construction (Construction Management).  In either scenario, there are many, many tasks that need to be identified, implemented, and accounted for during the design and construction of a new home.  Here is a brief overview:
